Guarantee The Future of Blind Citizens NSW
Since the inception of Blind Citizens NSW more than a century ago, Members and generous supporters have worked hard to ensure that the Organisation’s activity has been funded. It is well known that we have a committed band of members and volunteers who raise much needed funds through raffles, donation appeals and social events. Their efforts are very much appreciated as the funds they raise builds on the small grant we receive from the NSW Government.
By making a donation, you are making a significant difference in the lives of people who are helped by Blind Citizens NSW.
Your donation will allow us to continue to help our members in all aspects of their lives, through the services we offer to improve accessibility and quality of life.
Many of our services rely on volunteer work and donations from our community. Through this we are able to ensure that people who are blind or vision impaired can access the world around them more easily.
If you, or someone you know experiences vision impairment then you know the difficulty someone can face on a day to day basis. Our vision is to pave the way toward an inclusive society where all people who are blind or vision impaired are valued, have their rights respected and participate in decisions about their lives.

Make A Bequest
Throughout our history, and in more recent times, a small number of members and friends have also demonstrated their support by leaving a bequest or legacy from their estate through their Will.
This kind of support is vital for our ongoing work and we encourage all members and friends to ensure that Blind Citizens NSW will be here for the next century to work for people who are blind or vision impaired.
You can help guarantee the future of the Organisation which helps people like us by making a bequest in your Will.
By leaving a lasting legacy, your gift will enable Blind Citizens NSW to assist people who are blind or vision impaired to lead independent and fulfilling lives. It is one way of making a positive difference beyond your lifetime.
